The space
The apartment (150sm) is situated on the 4th floor  of an apartment building, with balconies overlooking  both - the front and the back to the building. It offers a  spacious luminous living space with access to a balcony. An office desk as well as the separating sliding doors offer privacy & the possibility  to transform part of the  living room into a home office. The sofa in the living room can comfortably accommodate extra 2 guests 
The  spacious main bedrooms are located in the back of the building, offering silence & quiet . 
Another bedroom offers 2 single beds that can be arranged into a double on request . (This room has ceiling fans as it is too small for an AC unit )

By foot you can enjoy downtown Athens, i.e Akropolis, Koukaki, Plaka . By metro & tram (2min walking distance) you can reach almost everywhere in Athens. It is ideal for business travellers, families, couples or friends that prefer a relaxing apartment with all amenities of a sweeping metropolis-
