The space
The beachfront studio is located on the ground floor of a small condo with just 4 apartments. It features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that opens onto a veranda with stunning, undisturbed sea and sunrise views. The living area includes a couch that converts into a double bed, accommodating children or extra guests.

Guests have the convenience of parking right in front of the property. Access to the beach is easy, with stairs leading directly from the house. Just a 3-minute walk to the right brings you to a wide sandy beach with shade from armirikia (sand trees), while Sitia town is only a 10-minute walk to the left.

This studio is the ideal spot for a relaxing holiday and serves as a great base for exploring the surrounding area, including Vai Palm Beach, the Monastery of Toplou, Erimoupoli, the Zakros Gorge, and the Richtis Gorge, all within a 20 to 40-minute drive.
Guest access
The apartment is located just 4 minutes from the center of Sitia. Follow the coastal road for approximately 1.5 kilometers, and you will see the building on your right. Turn right into the driveway to reach your destination. You will be guided directly to the parking space on your right.
Other things to note
Groups of friends or families can rent the adjacent studio or the ground floor apartment in addition to the main apartment. This allows them to accommodate up to 16 guests in total, increasing the maximum capacity of the condo building from 8 to 16 persons.
