The space
The beachfront apartment is located on the 1st floor of a small condo with just 4 apartments. It features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that opens onto a veranda with uninterrupted sea and sunrise views. The spacious bedroom, situated at the back of the apartment, opens onto a private balcony.

In the living area, one of the three couches can be transformed into two single beds with mattresses, providing additional sleeping space for children or extra guests.

Guests have access to parking right in front of the property. The beach is easily reachable via stairs located just in front of the house. A 3-minute walk to the right leads to a wide sandy beach shaded by armirikia (sand trees), while Sitia is only a 10-minute walk to the left.

This apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday and offers convenient access to nearby attractions, including Vai Palm Beach, the Monastery of Toplou, Erimoupoli, Zakros Gorge, and Richtis Gorge, all within a 20 to 40-minute drive.
Guest access
The apartment is located just 4 minutes from the center of Sitia. Follow the coastal road for approximately 1.5 kilometers, and you will see the building on your right. Turn right into the driveway to reach your destination. You will be guided directly to the parking space on your right.
Other things to note
Groups of friends or families can rent the adjacent studio or the ground floor apartment in addition to the main apartment. This allows them to accommodate up to 16 guests in total, increasing the maximum capacity of the condo building from 8 to 16 persons.
